About the Role We are seeking a Service Engineer for our Division Aftermarket at Lingang, Pudong, Shanghai. This role performs workshop maintenance and on-site service, diagnoses and resolves product failures, and ensures high customer satisfaction. You will also share product knowledge with customers and collect market feedback to help drive service quality. What You'll Do
- Complete workshop maintenance and on-site service in accordance with the technical service department leader's plan and company specifications; diagnose and address product failures to meet customer needs.
- Independently provide maintenance service for ZF product users, accurately judge and eliminate failures, and prepare timely, accurate maintenance service reports.
- Be familiar with ZF products and maintenance knowledge; be able to introduce them to customers; answer technical questions; explain root causes of failures and required care.
- Collect and report market information in the course of service.
- Continuously improve work efficiency and ensure service quality.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of ZF products (including automotive transmissions or other chassis systems) and be able to communicate benefits to customers.
- Be proficient with Office and test software and equipment operation. What We're Looking For
- College degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical engineering or related engineering curriculum.
- 2+ years working experience in the automotive industry; repairing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle structure and related parts and systems.
- Good English skills for basic communication.
- Familiar with Office and test software and equipment operation.
- Mastery of automotive transmission or other chassis systems.
