Service - Designing Manager – Xi’an China

About the Role Role responsible for full lifecycle planning, scheme design, drawing deepening and technical system integration for data center electrical systems; lead client front-end engagement, requirements discovery and solution realization, delivering from initial consultation to construction drawing delivery to ensure compliant, economical and actionable solutions. What You'll Do

• Plan and design data center LV/MV power distribution systems end-to-end.
• Proactively identify market needs; participate in early-stage project tracking, requirements research, technical exchanges and solution presentations.
• Support the marketing team with technical proposals, designs, bill of quantities and cost estimates.
• Be responsible for equipment selection, technical方案编制 and vendor technical coordination.
• Support construction, commissioning and acceptance phases with technical handover and on-site issue resolution.
• Provide end-to-end bid, design and delivery technical support for overseas prefabricated data centers. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering & Automation, Power Systems, Building Electrical or related field.
• 5+ years’ data center electrical design/integration/engineering experience with complete lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Experience with AIDC and overseas prefabricated data centers design and integration.
• Proficient in LV/MV data center sub-systems design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Tianzheng Electrical, Revit; BIM experience preferred.
• Strong documentation, logical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, good communication, able to work under pressure; willingness to travel for projects and on-site support.
• Good English listening, speaking and writing; able to use English as project support language.
• Electrical or power distribution related certificates preferred. Nice to Have
• BIM experience.
