Your skills

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role
• Experience managing a field engineering team on a nationwide level
• Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and network systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar
• This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $31 -$36 USD, based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Engineers and ensure timely and efficient service delivery

• Monitor performance metrics and ensure service level agreements are achieved

• Develop and implement service delivery processes and improvements

• Collaborate with clients to meet service expectations and business needs

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

• Ensure compliance with service, safety, and quality standards
