Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Service Delivery Manager overseeing the engineering and operational management of endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, and Office, Microsoft Purview, EShare, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Exceptions Management. The ideal candidate will have a deep operational understanding of endpoint security, data governance, and compliance frameworks, combined with strong leadership and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Operational Management: Lead and manage multiple teams that support endpoint security engineering solutions, ensuring operational excellence, effective design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint security solutions. Oversee the operations of DLP Exceptions Management. Ensure the teams adherence to operational SLA requirements. Policy Development and Compliance: Establish, maintain, and enforce data governance policies and procedures related to information protection and compliance.
