Job title: Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with deep expertise in utility operations, responsible for end-to-end delivery of RDSS/ADMS projects. The role is the sole owner for delivery quality, schedule adherence, and technical compliance, while coordinating with the Engineering Manager and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Full ownership of end-to-end delivery for RDSS/ADMS projects in utility/grid environments.
- Ensure adherence to client technical specifications, distribution automation standards, grid codes, engineering drawings, SLDs, protection schemes, compliance documents, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Review and validate engineering deliverables including SCADA/ADMS architecture, configurations, network diagrams, ETAP/power flow/short-circuit/protection coordination studies, telemetry designs, and automation logic; prepare technical reports, FAT/SAT docs, and compliance certificates.
- Identify risks, deviations, or non-compliances and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Act as primary client and vendor-facing technical lead; lead technical review meetings, progress discussions, compliance audits, design clarifications; manage client escalations, change requests, and technical queries; represent the organization in FAT/SAT, audits, and project acceptance reviews.
- Coordinate with Engineering Manager and internal teams to ensure engineering execution aligns with schedules, compliance, and quality; set clear technical expectations and track progress; ensure deliverables are available on time.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers; monitor project health across scope, schedule, quality, risk; prepare and present structured status reports; maintain complete technical documentation including compliance matrices, risk & issue registers, meeting minutes, action trackers, and final handover docs; ensure adherence to internal delivery frameworks and audit requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong domain knowledge in utility/grid operations, distribution automation, RDSS, ADMS, SCADA, and smart grid technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ETAP, power flow, short-circuit, and protection coordination; ability to interpret and validate SLDs, protection schemes and relay coordination; telemetry and SCADA/ADMS configurations; familiarity with grid codes and utility standards; knowledge of smart grid data analytics integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and reporting tools.

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Power / Automation / Instrumentation Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in utility or grid operations projects, focusing on RDSS/ADMS or SCADA/Automation.
- Proven track record as single-point delivery owner for technically complex, client-facing projects.
