About the Role As a Service Coordinator at Accelleron, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring timely responses and smooth service delivery in an international environment. You will support scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities to help drive high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on service requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely allocation of resources and adherence to service timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service requests, work orders, and client communications.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to ensure customer satisfaction and identify service improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including data entry, report generation, and coordination of meetings or training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or naval engineering.
  • Internships or coursework related to customer service or project coordination is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.
  • Ability to quickly identify and address issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
