Our Company in the Philippines, Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is looking for Service Center Agent.

Job Purpose To support the review, validation, and resolution of Sales Orders (SOs) currently tagged under generic SO numbers, ensuring accurate transaction recording, proper system closure, and compliance with established business processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Sales Orders assigned to generic SO numbers and identify discrepancies, errors, or incomplete transactions.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather supporting documentation and clarify transaction details.

• Perform data validation and correction activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of Sales Order records.

• Support the proper reclassification, adjustment, and closure of affected SOs in the system.

• Monitor and track outstanding SO issues and provide regular status updates to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ERP/SAP system requirements.

• Assist in identifying root causes of SO tagging issues and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other departments to resolve transactional and system-related concerns.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to SO validation, corrections, and closure activities.

• Support data cleanup initiatives and other ad hoc projects related to order management and system accuracy.
