Job title: Service Assessment Specialist

About the Role The Service Assessment Specialist will coordinate and optimize Renewal by Andersen service appointments across Corporate and Affiliate locations, communicating directly with customers to ensure a high-quality experience and adherence to brand promises.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and set qualified service appointments to achieve first-time through service metrics.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve installation/service process issues within a measurable timeline to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Use service assessment methodologies and technology to validate complex services that require experienced technicians.
  • Deliver world-class customer experience through soft skills and conflict resolution to reinforce Renewal’s Signature Service.
  • Contribute to process improvement and ongoing program development.
  • Develop and commercialize educational materials to foster self-sufficiency through The Link and RenewU for operations, installation, service, and administration teams.
  • Collaborate with Field Ops Team to evaluate retail operation performance regarding Renewal retail agreements, policies, processes, standards related to installation, product quality, signature service and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product, installation, and service procedures.
  • Supervise a small to medium-sized team and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

  • College degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in field sales, customer service, technical writing/publication, process development, and training is helpful.
  • Knowledge or experience with Renewal retail technology platforms preferred; understanding of current technology and department processes.
  • Product, installation, and service application knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes, and present a positive image of the company.
  • High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Alignment with Andersen Corporate Values and adherence to Andersen Code of Business Conduct.
