Job title: Service Advisor
About the Role The ASM is responsible for maximizing the customer's experience by accurately capturing symptoms from customers, liaising with technicians, and selling the necessary labor and parts to repair and maintain vehicles, while upholding dealership standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Interpret customer concerns and liaise with technicians to diagnose issues
- Greet customers, schedule services, and communicate progress
- Provide estimates of time and costs; handle additional work with customer approval
- Track vehicle status through the workshop and follow up on repairs
- Generate profit by selling service, repairs, and parts
- Manage customer accounts and payment methods; resolve complaints
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups to build lasting relationships
What We're Looking For
- Previous Luxury Automotive ASM experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Windows-based programs
- Thorough understanding of the Automotive After-Sales market/industry preferred
- Strong customer service focus and ability to resolve inquiries/issues
- Pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR checks

- Prior experience in a luxury automotive service environment (preferred)
