Job title: Service Advisor - Full Time
About the Role As a Trek Service Advisor, no two days are the same. This role focuses on caring for bikes so owners love riding them, troubleshooting repairs, and hands-on work with brand-new models before they hit the sales floor. You'll build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot repairs and service various bicycles to ensure riders stay on the road
- Work hands-on with brand-new models before they reach the sales floor
- Build relationships with customers and deliver outstanding hospitality and service
- Collaborate with the team, learn on the job, and develop as a technician
- Participate in training to learn proper service methods and new technologies
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivation, a positive, team-focused attitude, and willingness to pitch in on any task
- Excellent hospitality, listening skills, and ability to communicate clearly
- Impressive attention to detail and a love for tinkering until you figure it out
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles; willingness to learn new technologies
- Prior mechanic experience is not required (training provided)
