About the Role Join CFAO Mobility in Mauritius as a Service Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, delivering high-quality service and guiding clients through repair and spare parts processes to build long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Optimize workshop operations by following CFAO and manufacturer guidelines, manage stock of replacement cars, and coordinate service appointments.
- Welcome customers, schedule vehicle service, build rapport, assess needs, explain the nature of the work, quality control methods, deadlines and costs, and provide advice based on the vehicle's overall condition.
- Prepare quotations (client or insurance) and follow up for repair approvals; conduct vehicle inspections and document with photos if required; ensure repair orders are signed on the day and client receives a copy.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding quotations, status of parts, and the progress of pending matters; liaise with the workshop to receive updates and notify clients or insurers of delays or cost overruns as per established procedures.
- Ensure that the work performed meets required standards to guarantee client satisfaction in terms of quality, time, and price; generate invoices for Repair Orders and ensure they match approved estimates; ensure that all approved work is completed prior to vehicle delivery.
- Guide customers during vehicle returns: escort to the register, review the work performed, ensure payment is collected, accompany clients to their vehicle and remove protective covers.
- Invoicing: ensure that repair/work orders are submitted for invoicing and can be invoiced while verifying approved quotes; send invoices to customers or insurers; comply with CFAO Internal Controls.
- Keep the vehicle parking area clean and comply with internal policies; perform any other tasks as assigned.

- Understanding and proficiency with manufacturer maintenance programs, warranties, service packages, and the fundamentals of automotive technology.
- Good presentation skills; initiative taker and customer centric approach; proficiency in sales; attention to detail; mastery of standard working hours and intervention times for effective scheduling.
- Qualification and Experience: Minimum SC; Diploma in Automotive Mechanics; Computer literate; Driver's License; Minimum 5 years of experience.
