Section: Responsibilities
- Receive customers and document vehicle complaints
- Coordinate with technicians and communicate diagnoses and repair estimates
- Obtain customer approvals and monitor repair progress
- Coordinate repairs and customer communication
- Ensure a professional service experience from vehicle reception to handover
Section: Requirements
- Relevant experience in automobile customer service, workshop operations, service advisory or related roles
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance and basic automotive terminology
- Excellent customer service, communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare job cards, communicate estimates and maintain accurate service records
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Proximity to the job location is compulsory
