Job title: Service Administrative Support - Maternity Leave

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region
  • Ensure an efficient flow of information
  • Support the commercial cycle through the SAP system
  • Recovery Management
  • Prepare business reports based on the Service performance
  • Enhance the data quality of the commercial system

Qualifications

  • Administrative/finance background / a Degree

  • Fluent in English, oral and written communication (Mandatory)

  • Be initiative-driven, highly motivated, and processes-oriented

  • Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office

  • Intermediate Excel user

  • Competencies

  • Works well with others in an international setting

  • Good understanding of business process improvements

  • Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customer mindset attitude

  • Good communication
