About the Role Join Bish's RV as a Service Admin to support service and sales teams with administrative operations, customer communication, data entry, and delivery coordination. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth delivery logistics.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
- Translate and input technician notes into our Service database
- Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system
- Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
- Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness
- Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel to manage documentation
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in using multiple systems (DealerTrack, eVision, Excel)
- Friendly, detail-focused attitude with ability to follow up with customers and coordinate deliveries
- Ability to manage multi-line phones and handle administrative tasks
