Description du poste

Rattaché au département Food & Beverage (Restaurant), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans:

• L'accueil de nos clients
• Veiller à ce que nos clients reçoivent le meilleur service possible pendant leur séjour
• Présenter le menu aux clients
• Servir les clients
• Préparer et aménager les zones de restauration dans l’hôtel
• Préparer et aménager les salles de séminaires
• Assurer le débarrassage et redressage des tables,
• Assurer la propreté et l’ordre dans les zones du service en salle
• Appliquer les consignes d’hygiène lors de la manipulation des aliments et du dressage des tables
• Aider à faire l’inventaire

Qualifications

Vous êtes la personne qu’il nous faut car vous :

• Avez le sens du service

• Avez la capacité de travailler en équipe

• Avez le souci du détail

• Êtes polyvalent

• Avez une personnalité chaleureuse et bienveillante

• Avez la capacité à analyser le besoin du client, à garder une posture professionnelle en toutes circonstances

• Avez une bonne communication interpersonnelle et capacité à gérer les conflits

• Parlez français et anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.
