Description du poste

• Service en restaurant et terrasse selon les standards Novotel
• Accueil et service au petit déjeuner
• Service au bar
• Mise en place et entretien des salons événementiels
• Respect des normes d'hygiène HACCP
• Accueil chaleureux d'une clientèle internationale

Qualifications

• Anglais courant indispensable — clientèle internationale

• Polyvalence et capacité d'adaptation entre les différents postes

• Sens aigu de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction client

• Maîtrise ou bonne connaissance des normes HACCP

• Esprit d'équipe, bienveillance et rigueur professionnelle

• Première expérience en hôtellerie-restauration appréciée
