Le Novotel Paris La Défense Esplanade est un hôtel de 280 Chambres, avec un restaurant, des salles de séminaires et un bar qui n’attendent que vous ! Nous rejoindre c’est vous permettre d’évoluer dans un établissement à fort potentiel avec d’important flux de clients à chouchouter au quotidien.

Description du poste

• Contrat : CDI - 20H
• Début : Dès que possible
• Localisation : Paris La Défense
• Horaires : à partir de 5H30, le vendredi, samedi et dimanche

📍 Si vous êtes prêt(e) à relever ce challenge voici vos futures missions :

• Contribue par son action au quotidien à l'excellence opérationnelle visée par Novotel

• Accueille et prend en charge le client durant tout le service

• Rend chaque client très satisfait en assurant une prestation de service irréprochable sur son point de vente restauration

• Contribue de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle de part la qualité de son travail et l'exemplarité de son comportement

• Contribue au développement du chiffre d'affaires de son restaurant par son action de vente

• Veille à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d'hygiène

• Vous êtes dynamique, souriant(e) et aimez le contact client

• Vous avez le sens du service et l’esprit d’équipe

• Vous êtes ponctuel(le) et matinal(e) (oui, le réveil sonne tôt ⏰)
