About the Role Hwy 55 is hiring a Server/Cook in Richlands, NC. This role supports fast-paced, guest-focused service, preparing food, serving guests, and upholding safety and quality standards. No prior restaurant experience is required; we value coachability, energy, and initiative. What You'll Do

• No previous kitchen or restaurant-specific experience required; coachable, excited to learn, and willing to take initiative.

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for several hours; comfortable in a physically demanding role.

• Starting pay is dependent on experience. All servers begin as Trainees. After training is complete, servers receive guaranteed pay increases as they advance in levels.
