We are now hiring for FOH (Front House) with roles & responsibilities including, bussing, food running, serving/host & Shift Leader. To ensure you receive the best hands-on training, you will start as a FOH Trainee, with a 2-week training period and the potential to promote directly into a competitive mid-range FOH tip position.
Your training will take place during night shift. As you ramp and complete training you can then transition to a morning shift. This onboarding period is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Dough Zone's operations, culture, systems, and service standards. You will gain hands-on experience across both FOH and BOH (Back of House) functions to ensure you can effectively navigate the restaurant from a holistic perspective before assuming full Server duties.

Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant

Explain menu items to guests

Serve food and beverages to guests

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner

Clean and prepare the dining areas

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned You are the one we’re looking for if you have:

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields preferred
