About the Role
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to guests in the restaurant. This role helps create memorable dining experiences and is part of The Maggiano's Way—a teams-focused culture that celebrates family, friends, and good food.
What You'll Do
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve them to guests in the restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with upbeat, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Front of the House team (Maitre D', Server, Foodrunner, Busser, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisor, Host/Hostess, Bartender) to welcome guests and deliver a smooth dining experience.
- Help maintain the restaurant's standards and handle the physical demands of service, including carrying heavy plates.
