About this role
About the Role Greets and serves members and guests of McHenry Golf Club; provides food and/or beverage service in a hospitality setting. What You'll Do
- Greet guests upon seating and provide menus
- Take and transmit food and beverage orders
- Serve guests and ensure order accuracy
- Handle cash/credit transactions and assist with payments
- Perform side work and closing duties; maintain dining area cleanliness
- Provide immediate attention to members/guests and answer questions about menu items
- If permitted by local laws, offer ice water and suggest menu items; relay special cooking instructions to kitchen What We're Looking For
- Friendly, guest-focused demeanor with strong communication skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to take orders, handle payments, and coordinate with kitchen staff
