About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at Thiais Village. This role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods, and upholding Amorino's culture and values. You will help create memorable customer experiences while following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude and promote a positive atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs to ensure a smooth operation.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods and maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Receive training and supervision; no previous experience required. What We're Looking For
