About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist for the Tenerife – Las Américas location. The role focuses on delivering customer-first service, upholding Amorino's culture and values, and maintaining a calm demeanor during peak times, while ensuring health and sanitation standards are met. What You'll Do
- Demonstrate integrity and promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be adaptable and able to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Training and supervision provided; no previous experience required; uniforms supplied to all team members. What We're Looking For
