About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at the Soltau Designer Outlet. You will deliver high-quality gelato and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, high-quality service to every customer, keeping a customer-first attitude.
- Stay calm and efficient during busy periods, and continually assess customer needs and store environment.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products; handle cash per store policies.
- Support team goals and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Be adaptable, perform multiple tasks across shifts, and build positive relationships with customers and teammates.
- Learn quickly and become proficient in the role; dress in uniform and represent Amorino's standards. What We're Looking For

- Able to perform many different tasks during each shift.
