What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, customer-first service and help create an outstanding guest experience.
• Maintain composure during high-volume periods and adapt to changing store needs.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Reinforce team goals and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Handle various tasks during shifts and be a fast learner who can build relationships.
• Assist with quality beverages and desserts and follow store policies, including cash handling.
