About the Role
Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at our Sevilla – Catedral location. You’ll represent the Amorino culture while delivering excellent customer service and helping to maintain a calm, efficient store environment during peak times. Training, supervision, and uniforms are provided to support your development.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate integrity and promote Amorino's culture and values while delivering customer-first service.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and evaluate the store environment and customer needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals and support store operations through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and fellow team members.
- Be flexible to perform various tasks during each shift and handle different duties as needed, including meeting store policies and standards (quality beverages, desserts) and cash handling.
