About the Role Amorino is seeking a Guest-facing Gelato Server/Artist in Sevilla to deliver outstanding service while upholding the brand culture. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and teamwork. Training and uniforms are provided, and no prior experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and evaluate the store environment and customer needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude and promote a positive atmosphere for customers and team members.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Be prepared to perform many different tasks during each shift and handle cash as part of store operations.
