What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, customer-first service and engage with guests to create an outstanding experience.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods and uphold store standards.
• Continuously assess the store environment and customers' needs; adapt as required.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Handle cash and operate according to store policies.
• Be a fast learner, flexible across tasks, and build positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided.
