About the Role Amorino is hiring a Server Gelato Artist for the Milano - Duomo location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring product quality and safety, and supporting a positive, collaborative team environment in a fast paced retail setting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude while remaining calm during peak periods.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer needs to adapt service.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be trained by Amorino and participate in assigned tasks during each shift.
- Uniforms supplied to all team members.
