About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at Marbella – El Fuerte. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of health and sanitation, and support the team in a busy environment. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members. What We're Looking For

- Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
