About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Lisboa. You will represent the Amorino culture, deliver outstanding service with a customer-first attitude, and help maintain a calm, energetic store environment while following health and safety guidelines. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer's needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members. What We're Looking For

- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision will be provided. Nice to Have
