About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist at Amorino in Levallois-Perret, you will help deliver exceptional service and promote Amorino's culture and values. You will stay calm during busy periods, assess customer needs, and ensure a positive experience for every guest. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Constantly evaluate store environment and customer's needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members. What We're Looking For
- Experience: No previous experience required; training provided.
- Pleasantly engage with customers to help them have an outstanding experience.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
