You will stay calm during busy periods, assess customer needs, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. The role supports a positive team environment and aims to make every guest experience memorable. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store's environment and customer's needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
