About the Role The Server Gelato Artist will provide friendly, high-quality service in Amorino's store, delivering gelato and desserts with a customer-first attitude while maintaining sanitation and a calm demeanor during peak times. This role supports the store's culture and goals and requires teamwork and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude and maintain composure during high-volume periods.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ensure quality beverages and desserts.
• Assist with cash handling and operate store processes; maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members; contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Be a fast learner and able to perform many different tasks during each shift.
• Be flexible and adaptable to additional duties as assigned.
