About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist to join our Gran Canaria – The Market Puerto Rico location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to a positive team environment. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, engaging service with a customer-first attitude.
- Help maintain calm and efficiency during periods of high volume.
- Assess store environment and customer needs to tailor service.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Support team goals using Amorino’s organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Foster a positive attitude toward customers and teammates.
- Receive training, encouragement, and supervision from leadership as part of the onboarding process. What We're Looking For
