About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist at Amorino in Giverny, you help create a memorable gelato experience and embody Amorino's culture and values. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service while following health and safety guidelines and supporting the store during busy periods.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm, friendly demeanor during periods of high volume and evaluate customer needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude; follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals using established procedures; maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members; perform a variety of tasks during each shift.
