About the Role The Server Gelato Artist will provide friendly gelato service at Amorino's Firenze location, delivering an outstanding customer experience while following company culture and standards. This role focuses on hospitality, product quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members. What We're Looking For
