About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at the Chamonix – Balmat location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service with integrity, maintaining composure during peak times, and upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards. You will help create a welcoming gelato experience that puts the customer first.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Uniforms supplied to all team members.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
