About the Role Casablanca – Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist at the Morocco Mall location. You will provide friendly, high-quality service, maintain store standards and safety, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. This role is suitable for someone with no previous experience, as training and supervision are provided. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Continuously evaluate the store environment and customers’ needs
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
