About the Role The Server Gelato Artist at Amorino Cannes delivers friendly, high-quality gelato counter service while upholding Amorino's culture and standards. This role focuses on guest experience, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe environment during all shifts.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service with a 'customer comes first' attitude and a warm, positive demeanor.
- Maintain calmness and efficiency during peak times and busy periods.
- Assess the store environment and customer needs to tailor service and product recommendations.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Support team goals and reinforce company standards through established procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; demonstrate reliability.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and fellow team members.
- Be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays; adapt to various tasks per shift.
- Complete cash handling and other store operating policies as required.
