What You'll Do
- Interact with customers to provide an outstanding experience
- Maintain a calm, efficient manner during high-volume periods
- Assess store environment and customer needs to tailor service
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through established methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Provide quality beverages and desserts and handle cash per store policies
- Be flexible and willing to perform various tasks during each shift
- Be a fast learner and build relationships
