About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist at the Bilbao Guggenheim location to deliver excellent customer service, uphold the company culture, and maintain health and safety guidelines in a high-volume environment. This is an entry-level role with comprehensive training provided, and uniforms supplied to all team members.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and promote Amorino’s culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a "customer comes first" attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Availability to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
