About the Role Join Amorino in Basel as a Server Gelato Artist. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional gelato and beverage experience, uphold Amorino's culture and values, and support a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs to deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Be a fast learner and build relationships.
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
