About the Role
Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist at the Barcelona – Ferran location. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain a calm demeanor during peak times, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Training is provided and uniforms are supplied.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and engaging service to customers to ensure an outstanding experience.
- Interact with customers with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
- Stay calm during high-volume periods and assess store environment and customer needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals using established organizational methods and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Handle multiple tasks during each shift and be a fast learner who can build relationships.
- Possess flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and follow store cash-handling policies.
