Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Annemasse. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service and help create a welcoming gelato experience for every customer. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and customer-first service in a fast-paced store environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, attentive service to customers while promoting Amorino's culture and values.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products; handle cash and ensure quality beverages and desserts.
- Reinforce team goals through collaboration and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members; build relationships and adapt to changing needs.
- Be a fast learner and be able to perform various tasks during each shift; training and supervision provided for new servers.
- No previous experience required; training, encouragement, and supervision provided to all new servers.
