Server Gelato Artist

About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Plano. You’ll help deliver an outstanding guest experience by serving gelato and beverages, upholding Amorino’s culture and values, and maintaining a welcoming environment during peak times. What You'll Do

• Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
• Deliver excellent service with a customer comes first attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Be versatile: perform many different tasks during each shift.
• We will provide training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers. Uniforms supplied to all team members. What We're Looking For

• Willingness to perform many different tasks during each shift and to learn quickly.
