About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist in Pamplona to deliver memorable gelato and beverage experiences. You will represent the brand with integrity, maintain a calm demeanor during busy times, and work with a team while adhering to quality and safety standards. Training is provided to get you up to speed. What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude, especially during periods of high volume.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and provide a warm, upbeat experience.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and ensure quality beverages and desserts.
- Support shop goals and maintain regular attendance and punctuality; assist team members as needed.
- Be flexible to perform various tasks each shift and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required; we provide training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers.
- Pleasantly engage with customers with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
- High energy, strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Able to meet store policies and standards including quality beverages, desserts, and cash handling.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take on multiple tasks during each shift. Compensation & Benefits
