About the Role Amorino is seeking a Server Gelato Artist for the Madrid – Arenal location. You will deliver excellent customer service while upholding Amorino's culture and values, staying calm during busy periods and following health and safety guidelines. What You'll Do
- Show integrity and honesty to promote the culture and values of Amorino
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs
- Deliver excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
- Be a fast learner and build relationships
