About the Role As a Server Gelato Artist at Amorino, you will deliver a high-quality gelato and beverage experience while upholding Amorino’s culture and values. You will stay calm during busy periods, anticipate customer needs, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Training is provided, and prior experience is not required. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly customer service with a customer-first attitude.
- Prepare and serve gelato beverages and desserts with quality standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Handle cash and operate the register in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; be flexible with hours as needed.
- Adapt to multiple tasks during a shift and support team goals.
- Build relationships and be a fast learner. What We're Looking For
