About the Role Join Amorino as a Server Gelato Artist to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the culture and values of the brand. You’ll provide calm, friendly service during busy periods, assess customer needs, and ensure health and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain quality beverages and desserts.
What You'll Do
- Promote the culture and values of Amorino with integrity and honesty.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Constantly evaluate the store environment and customers’ needs.
- Deliver excellent service with a customer-first attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
